Ive just heard the Jordan interview on talksport so i do feel alot better than i did an hour ago but it still dont stop these thoughts going around through my head, Just thinking of this and wonder if anyone knows any sort of answer ?
So we lose the case and get deducted points that puts us in a playoff position, the club then appeals...........now this is what worries me.
I believe if this was too happen the club will appeal just to prolong the final decision and put the playoffs in jeopody ( which of cause the FA dont want)
Is the appeal process like appealing for a suspension where as if you lose u have the chance of getting a longer ban.
So for arguments sake the FA decide to deduct us points that either keeps us in a promotion spot but not the title or enough points to put us in the playoffs, now if we are to appeal and lose that appeal could they then deduct more points to take us further behind.
