I wholeheartedly agree with everything you have said, and PM's view of Lambert.

Personally, I blame the media for all of this with their continuing ill informed comments.

Let's face it, what percentage of football related stories do they ever get right ? Not a day passes unfortunately, when a completely ridiculous and unfounded piece of drivel doesn't hit a back page or news bulletin somewhere. In the absence of much else to talk about, some people just take the lazy route and generally re-hash old thoughts and quotes in an effort to make them look informed. More ITK's in their industry than on all football messageboards combined I would imagine.

The two saddest things for me are the unnecessary anxiety being felt at the moment by not only our fantastic group of hard working and talented players, but also by thousands of our innocent fans. From the usually pragmatic ones like yourself through to those bordering on breakdowns such as the lovely Swanleyhoop.

I say unnecessary, because I just cannot envisage in any way at all, how the FA would have the balls to dish out a points deduction at all, let alone one that makes any difference to the Champions/Promotion picture. Doing so would probably be the beginning of the end for them. Apart from the extremely ungracious people at both Norwich and Cardiff, I have not seen any club or it's fans express the view that it would be a fair outcome. Even for the FA, that would be a step too far, not only because it totally flouts the laws of proportionality, but it would no doubt cause total uproar within football amongst 90 clubs.

Everything will be just fine. It's just such a bloody disgrace that we have to wiat so long to be told that.

Nice message, thanks. And I admire your positivity and certainty.

I just wish I shared it. I really do.

Gonna look a fool if I'm wrong though.

Perhaps you would deal with my wrists for me should the situation arise.

After the joy and jubilation I shared with you lot on Saturday the stark realization that the Championship could be taken away has made me feel rather sick too! Hopefully this all works out, there are so many different views and opinions on it from fans and media, who knows what to believe?

The fact that so many people seem to be enjoying it makes me even more sick.. and using it to score points over others.

And Paul Lambert saying his team must focus on saturday, because they might be able to parade the trophy to their fans.
Shaun Derry was close to tears on telly last night, and he's only been with us for a few months.

But the sickest thing of all is the d*ckhead at QPR who caused this, and the FA for clearly trying to nail us so they can flex their muscles and act all hard.

Just f*cking sick, the whole sorry episode.
Agree 100% with you Goddard. Had a right s hite day at work, everyone taking the pis s, have had it up to here with all this nonsense.
One minute i think we will be ok, next i think we are f0cked. Its b0llox

Are you trying to say that 1 minute is a long time in football?

We don't know what is going on behind closed doors right now.

                  Club have always been confident..

Just want it confirmed, then we can really celebrate

What's really annoying me is that there are so many pundits and commentators who haven't researched anything about the facts of the case - and are assuming there's a case to answer - and then talking as though points deductions will be the outcome and how that will be affecting the other teams around us and what they are going to do about it.

Whilst some are saying it would be unfair on us to have a points deduction, none are starting their arguments from the premise that we won't. But then, that doesn't make a story and you can't start a debate on a show with: "What happens if nothing happens to QPR"?

I feel a beat more upbeat now. Letīs stay positive. Nice words from QBP!!

Pesonally I would like to think that the tribunal will see how a very harsh punishment(deduction of points) will affect the players and their supporters(Us).

                            Disagree Paul.
Yes Lambert is well within his rights to be telling his players behind closed doors that there is still a chance they could win the title because of what is going on with us but to say it publicy? Nah sorry, a lack of decorram there for me. Lambert is a football man, he knows we have been the best team in the league this year, the hearing is to do with dodgy admin work, nothing to do with the manager, players and supporters.
He has gone down in my estimations now.
