Ian is ranked as a ‘Star’ in this practice area. “Ian Mill QC is the ‘first-choice barrister’ most solicitors want. His pull comes from the fact that he ‘understands instinctively when to and when not to throw punches.’ ‘Particularly lethal in cross-examination,’ he involves himself in a selection of heavyweight litigation”.

    Get in there son :yush:

yep, he is a very well respected barrister (i work in the legal sector...)

what i would of course point out is that the FA are going to have a fairly sh*t hot legal team as well, he won't be shooting fish in a barrel here...

The only thing that can be said, these lawyers don't take on cases think they will lose.

It doesn't look good on their CV

Technically they cant pick and choose, any the Chambers will say that they are heavily engaged and not available in the timeframe. The other side of the coin is that this will be an earner either way and their stance is to present the clients case in the best possible way.

Your coming across as a person who wants a point deduction in order to prove a point.

A few weeks ago i was researching who would be the best legal eagle to represent us and i was always getting.... Ian Mill !! He is without doubt the best out there.
I feel so much better knowing that he is on our side.
