I just do not understand how comes an agent who is registered by Fifa is not registered by the FA. Isn't England part of FIFA? I thought anything approved by Fifa is AUTOMATICALLY appvoved by its members without another official written approval by its members.

Wasn't it that the said agent was registered to ply his trade in Italy and not Europe?

I'm sure Faurlin is dual nationality, Italian/Argentinian. If that's the case, under European employment law he may well be entitled to use a registered Italian FA agent.
      Just a thought.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

The exams are set by FIFA for the national bodies to use. Faurlins nationality does not come into it. Under FA rules all agents must be registered. As I have said in a previous post once accredited by FIFA it is up to the agent with whom they registered. In this case, he was not at the time with the FA but has now done so. It is a charge that will stick and I dont care it does it is not a points deduction but a stiff fine.
