Simple. He hasn't got to win any of us over, just win games.

    That's his job.

Play decent football, win games, attract decent players, keep Flab away from the dressing room, smash Ipswitch home and away, semi final of FA Cup, Final League Cup, beat Magpies home and away, entertain the crowd, give me free tickets and I might be happy.

Just the obvious, play good football and win games ...Simples

Agree with most people, get us playing some nice, tidy attacking football, and go to away games looking for wins not draws!

With the backing of the board between 1st-8th with zero kitty money between 1st -17th
If he gets no transfer kitty, what can we expect? The guy won't perform miracles. He needs money and to be left alone otherwise you can't set him targets of promotion with this current squad lets be realistic
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I think JM will have another start like Cerny and Gorkss. There will be a few village *****s about at LR for the first few games and then he'll settle in. I'm going for a 7th place finish this coming season. Miss out on playoff because we lose to Notts Forest after leading 1 nil for 85mins on the last day of the season. All thanks to two last minute wonder strikes from Dexter Blackstock!

get off to a winning start playing good attractive football with QPR scoring lots of goals.

A couple of good signings would also be a good way to win over the fans.

I think QPR will play decent football especially if the better players (i.e. Buzskay & Vine)make full recoveries and are in the team.

The man had a £12M transfer budget last season and finished 2 places above mega rich and high spending  Rangers.
In order to win me over I think he would probably need a transplant which turns him into Steve Coppell or Alan Curbishley.
Other than that the blindingly obvious - play good football, sign some strikers, don't play players out of position and win, win, win.
