  • This appeals procedure,

If we are docked points, we have 7 days to appeal. Heaven forbid and this happens, and then we lose appeal, can we take it further, ie high court?

I think we have 14 days in which to launch an appeal.
And if I had my way, it would be on the 14th day our appeal would be launched.
I would drag this out until Hell froze over, if I could.
Hope somebody at HQ feels the same.

Are the chargers interlinked? As in if we prove we are not guilty in say Charge A then B & C are quashed?

The whole point of the mirror article is that we can claim judicial prejudice , i.e no fair trial after the Sun article and thus ask for a long delay which will in effect mean we have to be promoted because hearing could be pushed back as much as 6 months or as long as it takes for any prejudices to dissapear ...

But the fact the trial starts tomorrow and we havent asked for a postponment suggests its either already been settled/agreed or we are confident enough we will be found not guilty.

In a word no. Whilst they are all related to one event/player they are looking at different aspects of the rules. If you get off on one, we will get you on the others approach.

We can appeal to the FA, then the High Court, then the European Court and then the Court of Sport Arbitration. We can take this as far as we want and we would have every right to do so. Could drag on for months and would really mess up the play offs and the new set of fixtures.

Incenzo on talksport at 1450 said QPR lawyers trying to get it thrown out over the Sun's article and FA source leak.
