“We will fight all the way, justice will be done. We have not tried to cheat anybody. We have done everything in good faith. But there will be no need for us to fight because we have done everything right.”

'Will contest any serious punishment' as in weve done wrong and aslong as the punishment isnt too harsh we will accept it.
Surely if weve done nothing wrong we will contest even a fine?

To be fair the 'serious punishment' bit was not actually a GP quote, that was from the journalist. Still, I feel it would be a good move to keep him (GP) in a locked hotel room without phone or internet until after the hearing.

To be fair you have quoted the journalist there, not Paladini.

The part thats concerning for me is where he says "We have done everything in good faith." implying that even though mistakes were made that doesnt matter because it was all done in good faith. Then in his next sentence he seems to contradict himself by saying "But there will be no need for us to fight because we have done everything right."

Unfortunatley while GP is at the club we will always be looking over our shoulder waiting for the next 'no deliberate wrongdoing error' to rear its ugly head.

"But there will be no need for us to fight because we have done everything right."
              Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
              And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I think that refers to the unregistered agent but how you can drop off on this being an ex-agent is odd to say the least. Anybody half familar with the rules knows this and it is a very simple telephone check away.

Ignorance and "good faith" is not a defence. All we can hope for is to be found guilty and not deducted points.

No points deduction for not for using an unregistered FA but FIFA registered agents. It will be a fine. That we will get done for and I hope that in mitgation we put our hands up but then lets be told how this drop off happend so that it cant happen again.

I think there will be some punishment anyway simply because they have opened a case already and if they don`t foind us guilty will look like an owngoal for the FA like they don`t do their job.
So, probably we face huge financial punishment. The worst case scenario is to start next season with some -3 to -5 pts or something but let me say my opinion is not based on any "inside" info. Just thoughts...

He needs to keep it shut. Every time his mouth opens, I fear for what will happen. 'It was-sa a mistake-a, eh, no worries, itsa not-a my fault-a, surely itsa all ok-a, huh?'.

I thought the club and the fa agreed to make no further comment on the situation til after the hearing? The bloke is a ****ing clown and should keep his gob shut. He should of been sent round to holloway's gaff to help with the gardening as soon as the story broke. A big mistake by the club in my opinion
