winnings from the bookies

hi new poster here,after a glorious night of celebration at the white horse,i woke up to try and claim my on line winnings ,of us being crowned champions.Ladbrokes have paid out,but i am arguing with paddy powers that the bet should be honoured,as regardless to a possible ponts deduction i have won the bet as it stands today.....any one else having problems getting their winnings?
