Faurlin was also signed prior to the introduction of new regulations regarding third party ownership and QPR were transparent about the deal with both the Football League and the FA and provided documentation that there would be no third party influence.
And when they did buy out the rights to the player a year later they informed the Football League and paid the money through the FA.

How many times have we seen a criminal conviction be overturned by a court of appeal over a technicality or a case dismissed because of media coverage meaning a fair trial cannot take place?
It seems the Sun might just have given QPR a chance to fight any possible points deduction penalty though a number of court cases, which could end up costing the FA a hell of a lawsuit in excess of £100M.
However, out of interest, when exactly did QPR sign Faurlin and when did the FA bring in it's rule on 3rd party ownership?
I am also interested in knowing how Tevez was allowed to join Man Utd when his agent owned his registration and was demanding a £25M fee after his two season 'loan' to Man U ended. Or was that not viewed as 3rd party ownership, in which case which club 'owned' Tevez?

It's only an unfair hearing if the leak was from the FA, which we don't know if it's true or not.

Its always been The Sun v The Mirror they hate each others guts like a local derby game.
Having said that people are gonna believe their favourite paper. The mirror is not seeking attention only stating facts which i believe are correct unlike the sun who like to "big up" their fabricated rubbish stories.
Its like QPR's lawyers have said "No case to answer".
