                  Neither can be right.
Bound to be the FA leek. Confirms the conspiracy theory of getting a welsh club in the prem at all costs. The BBC and FA in cahoots. Gotta be

Murdoch getting a lackey to hash up an old story with no facts to **** off Bernie. Where as the Mirror has a "source" at Blackstone Chambers it seems (and no,not Nico) who has some actual facts.

Bernie, Flavio and the Mittals will tear the FA a new harris over this - and win if need be and lets just hope they realise that.

I've just read Paul's comments on twitter. If this is all true then the FA and the hearing is one big joke.

If proved as such, we ought to all sue the ar:se off the FA for all the stress/distress, and the impact it had in spoiling what should have been a great run-in to this wonderful season.

If the FA really fear this happening, it can mean only one thing -- that it WAS an FA source who is quoted in the Sun (with or without the FA's knowledge makes no difference), and the FA know now that the whole case is compromised.
If it wasn't an FA source, they wouldn't be bothered.
Given that this journalist is 'in' with the lawyers, there could be a lot of truth in this.
