15 years have gone so fast
since that relegation day
We dropped down even further
But now we're back & hope to stay
Since we got relegated
We've been bad beyond belief
That loss to Vauxhall Motors
Bought anger pain & grief
We had a trip to Cardiff
It was them that stood in our way
although they did defeat us
We were the better team on the day
The next year it was Hillsborough
A win & we were up
The fans they went delirious
Just a shame there was no cup
So now we've gone & done it
Back to the promise land
Neil Warnock i want to thank you
& shake you by the hand
The F A are trying to stop us
They can do their very best
i think they'll have to concede
We've just been better than the rest
