So let's say the waiter is bang to rights.
He could be sued by:-
The current owners
The Players who would've been due promotion bonuses etc
Me and hopefully countless other fans

Then the club could also be sued by all the above

Let's not forget all the other clubs possibly effected and how about teams relegated LAST season who could argue this should've been dealt with then when we were down the other end of the table

We now also have the FA who would seem to havecompromised their position and could well have always been planning this outcome (see Swindon)

Who else was involved in this whole affair?

I'd rather wait to the outcome..

Though I agree, though we will know on Friday for sure, doubt it will be the end of it all.
