Listen, we've had various newspaper articles on the Ali Faurlin issue ever since the story broke. But we've always managed to discuss them and take other things into account and relax a little, confident that it would be okay.
Now, of course it's all going to go into overdrive (media-wise) as the season comes to a finale. It's a massive story, and would mark a remarkable precedent if the Champions were denied promotion to the Premier League.
What I'm trying to say is that we should have expected this for the last week of the season.
Nothing has actually changed - just more hype and speculation. We should try to remember all the reasons we relaxed over it before, enjoy the remaining two games, and see what happens.
I repeat - nothing has changed since the story first broke. Just an increase in speculation, after having gone quiet for some weeks. We're all just getting jittery, as the prize is in sight.
So please, please let's just try to be positive for the team.
