  • Our Lawyers

Do we honestly think that our Super loaded owners are gonna get some back street solicitors to fight our case ? No, we will have the best lawyers money can hire. And they would have looked into the case and advised QPR to fight them or plead guilty and accept the full charges. They advised "no case to answer".
Thats what i believe and still do.

I am sure we will either get a very large fine and perhaps a point or two deducted which may be suspended if we are found guilty and that is all

Lets be very clear about this and the fact is that if the FA prevent us going up they would effectively be fining us in the region of at least 75 Million Pounds and just think how colossal that figure is and how out of proportion it would be to the alleged offences

The way i see it who ever is representing QPR are not gonna let their reputation go up in smoke by taking on a no win case. They would have advised QPR accordingly.

Yes Isleworth has a very good point. We are not talking about the lower divisions we are talking about stopping us getting to the premiership as Isleworth pointed out could be worth an enormous amount and no lawyer worth his salt would allow that.
