It is high time The FA to adapt its rules and regulations to the ones in the other European Football Unions and Associations!
Until 1-2 years ago The Football League had different regulations than The FA and they did allow us to sign and play Faurlin.
Why did they opened the case now? Why the decision is just a day before the final match?
There are too many Whys which will stay without any answer!
The FA makes fun of the R`s fans and the club!
The buck stop with who's ever responsibility it was to submit the documents. No point in blaming Briatore for 'firing' Shelia Masdon (sic?) as the responsibility would have been passed over to someone else. What Jeffro wants to know is who was responsible for handling the documentation at the time of submitting them to the Football League its a very simple question.
Based on what information we have available I'd say the individual responsible was Paladini and thats where the finger is rightly pointing. After all he is the one being charged by the FA by submitting false documentation not Briatore, our legal department or girl sitting in Admin.
W12 this is it. I have asked a question and you are the only person to give an educated straight answer?
WHO DEALS WITH REGISTRATIONS?
WHO SUBMITS DOCUMENTS TO THE FA?
Whoever that is , and I honestly don't know. Needs to be removed from the club. NOW!

Its simple...I mean if you were doing a job and it all goes #### up do you blame the man who was replaced not being there any more because it was recognised he had more experience and was less likely to make the same sort of mistake.
