Right I understand the whole saga and what we are being pulled up on.

But whatever punishment we get; ultimately who is to blame?

Now I know GP has been charged individually alongside the club, so is that a separate or the same charge.

Also the falsifying docs , who actually did it or handed them over incorrect.

Who didn't tell the FA / FL about changes in the contract, and to what advantage was it by not doing so.

This isnt a Paladini witch hunt, I just want to know who is ultimately responsible for what we may/may not get charged for?

Well I dont think we can blame Gianni for that as they are very good friends and she does not seem to hold any grudge against him at all though she is far too professional to say what really occurred

It is high time The FA to adapt its rules and regulations to the ones in the other European Football Unions and Associations!

Not disagreeing with you at all mate and in my opinion she should still be at the club and the way she was treated was a disgrace but on this matter at least GP is innocent

There is very little diffrence in law, one relates to doctoring a document in order to comply and avoid detection, the other to pass off a document knowing it to be false in order to comply and avoid detection. A serious charge of the same degree and magtnitude either way but more so when in a position of trust.

On dismissal, well, as a very senior employee the person in question would have the right to have this matter addressed at two levels of management so the question is who was the reporting line. I would have thought the CEO before the Chairman. And that gives you the answer. As this was a senior employee it quite rightly should have been a matter of such magnitude to be considered by the Board and GP cannot have clean hands completely.

However as I suspect that the club was run as a personal fiefdom she was getting in the way of doing things that was above board and compliant with the rules and law, a certain individual used to getting his own way did at Board level. As this is no doubt at great expense to the club and indirectly us as fans and all covered by a legally binding Compromise Agreement we will never know. Time to move on.
