    CLUB STATEMENT
Posted on: Fri 29 Apr 2011

The Club are aware of the story printed by The Sun newspaper today (Friday 29th April 2011), but will not make any further statement as both the Club and The Football Association agreed to make no comment on this matter until after the hearing.

well that clears their position up then.........?

Why does the club even have to state this if they haven't anything to add to it? It's pretty obvious they read all the papers so why even bother?

Must be that sub judicial stance that someone spoke of earlier.

I like the way the club have indirectly had a dig at the FA.

The FA could now make a statement and say this is what will happen if found guilty.

I don't really care about the FA or the board at this time, its about the fans of this great football club

                      Exactly!!

My guess is that the punishment is already been handed to the club!

And I seems like Mr Warnock is still our manager! Even Flavio is around I guess..

                        They're either pointing out:
                        a) that the FA source isn't an FA source as the FA are not supposed to say anything OR...
                        b) that the FA should not have commented and that we will clean them out at any appeal on that basis.

stop trawling over everything that's been quoted. It's bloody obvious that

"The Football Association agreed to make no comment on this matter until after the hearing"

is referring to the overall process and not the Sun article.

                              STOP!!!!!!!
