Do we as fans and a club, now accept it will be points?
It's all hype and working by the looks of it. There is more convincing evidence supporting no points deduction.
The presence of the cup at the last 2 games.
NW feeling good after talking to the lawyers.
The timing of the hearing is ridiculous.
The FA need money.
The fallout from lawsuits would wreak havoc.
All talk of points deduction is hearsay, rumour, speculation and scare-mongering. Not a jot of credibility anywhere.
The punishment would not fit the crime. 15 points for an admin error?
The FA have to prove wrongdoing
Six of the seven alleged offences are innocuous
The board was celebrating with everyone else before Norwich scored a late winner on Saturday.
how bout a five million fine and suspended points deduction?
I think that should cover it, cricketer
I still do not believe points will be deducted, how can they risk all playoffs to be cancelled, other teams cannot prepare with buying players etc for the prem coz rangers would deffo appeal and take it through the summer. The FA/PL could not start the process of fixtures for next season.I think a hefty fine and Paladini to pay from his own pocket and taken to task if "HE" is found guilty of the wrong doing.
With that sir, you have made me feel a fair bit more confident about the whole situation

I see it:
1. Until hearing is complete, if we win the Championship then they have to present us with the trophy - nothing sinister in it at all.
2. Neil would not exactly come out and say "yep, we are f....d" would he?
3. I agree, but then again the FA aren't bothered by the timing as they do not know what the hearing will decide - so may not affect anything league position wise.
4. They are not completely broke and suggesting they would rather hand us a fine to fill their waning bank balance is daft.
5. Lawsuits? Only because we have rich owners does not indicate they would throw millions at challenging the verdict - especially since they are wealthy businessmen and will know when to concede and move on.
6. Agreed
7. Until we know the facts we don't know what the appropriate punishment is.
8. Agreed - but we have also accepted some wrong doings.
9. Are they? By who's standard/authority?
10. Why wouldn't they? We were about to be promoted subject to the hearing.
