I would have a gone 4-1-3-2 formation. Left Derry as the Guard Dog, pushed Faurlin further in midfield with WR and AT. Buzz up front with HH

Sadley chaps maybe there in lies the answer and the simple fact is buz dont fit into the system that warnock favours! I would still keep hold of him as I think he could come in handy in the prem.

Maybe he is lazy in training. NW doesn't like that.

Buzz is very talented, but I thought he often looked lazy in some situations.

Also, there is no room in a Championship side for two playmakers when you have an old fashioned manager.

It has puzzled me all season. There have been a couple of games that have been begging for Buzz to come on. I also feel on some of Adel's off days Buzz would be great to bring on as he's so great at laying the ball off and bringing others into the game.

I'm not sure it can be work ethic because in those games when Faurlin was out earlier in the season Buzz played out of position against his natural game and worked his socks off.

Which leaves us with the sad truth that Neil simply doesn't rate him IMO. Shame I think he could play a role for us

When he took Smith off, just play adel and routledge wide and Buz linking play in the middle. You can almost guarantee we would control the ball better.

the problem is with 4-1-3-2 they can slice you open diagonally
4-2-3-1 both DM's can cover each other and we push them to the wings
then we just deal with crosses and shots outside the box.
Scolari won the world cup with it and it seems to be still a popular formation.

Warnock doesn't rate Buzsaky enough to start him its as simple as that. The past few games looking at Tommy Smiths contribution I'd be tempted to start Buz against Watford.
