I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Kenny, Derry, Taarabt, Faurlin and Hall.

I would add Buzsacky, but only De Canio has played him in his right position. He is not a holding midfielder.

Mackie, but still worried about his injury.

Yeah agree about buzz and has the ability when played in a free role.

Mackie for me isn't good enough, I know he has had a bad injury but I would say he works very hard but lacks ability and I am suprised you would rate mackie over Routledge. Routs goals this have had a real touch of class/premiership about them.

                Maybe.

I just feel when he's stepped a level, not done it.

Though to be fair, he;s one of the few that have played in the top flight

Mackie will be if played up front. Routledge can be if signed.

Adel, Paddy and Faurlin are and I agree with Pete about Hall if he can stay injury free.

                  Not sure about Derry though

Of the players actually owned by us i would say 3. Kenny, Taarabt and Faurlin.

Hall seems to have become popular with our supporters very very quickly. Let's not forget that he is probably the most injury prone player at the club.

Ive definitely changed my view about him.

Always prone to mistakes, he seems to have got much better. I do think sometimes fans used to get on his back and that made him slightly hesitant.

He seems to have grown in character this season and lets not forget Warnock must have seen something in him, as he was made club captain early doors if my memory serves me right? Taarabt only got it after Hall got injured, though my memory could be playing tricks on me

I think you're right that he has improved this season and certainly deserves to be in the side after a couple of poor performances from Matthew Connolly. But we simply can't afford to have a defender who is prone to mistakes (and injuries) in the Premiership because his weaknesses will be exposed. I remember Leroy Lita absolutely destroying him during that 5-1 defeat to Middlesbrough - and that was only last season.

I don't want to be too critical of Hall because, as I said, you're right that he's been solid recently. However, I don't believe he is good enough for the Premiership.

Fitz Hall can't play more than two games on the trot - he is absolutely shot and we'd do well to get rid.

Only Adel (with better players around him), Kenny and Faurlin are good / young enough for the Prem. I'd have no worries about Derry, Orr, Helguson and Hill 'doing a job' there, but only for a short time. Buzz can only be a replacement for Taarbs and, as with the last five or so years, we are desparately short of any quality up front.

Suggest we would need to sign 10-12 players this summer (REALLY!).
