Swindon making illegal payments to keep players; going into administration because you've overpaid players who otherwise would leave the club/not join; and fielding ineligible players; ALL give clubs an on-the-pitch advantage, which is the criteria for a points deduction.
none of our offences have done that, as Faurlin was always registered and eligible.

There is no comparison to that and our case.

An attempt to stir us up (notice he directs us to be concerned) and possibly even in the hope that our players read their board (yeah, right!)

This is quite simply untrue. The Football League did not have any rules regarding Third Party Ownership at the time of Faurlin's signing and in fact did not until September 2010 at which point we were told to ensure his registration met the new rules.

Again incorrect. How can the playoffs proceed unhindered when we will have an appeal pending which we may win and be reinstated as Champions. The team bumped to 2nd from 3rd would be in a no mans land, not automatically promoted, and not in the playoffs.

I would also point out that with regards the charge of 'providing false information', nobody outside of the club & FA knows what said information was.

Essentially, if the club filed a copy of the playing contract saying a player earnt £12,303 per week, and he actually earnt £12,304 per week, the club would be providing false information.

We don't know and neither does anybody else. It's all speculation.

I would think it's more likely a fan of another club, eg: Norwich?, stirring things up.
