Only Warnock had decided because it was the professional thing to do, to wait until after the Leeds game

Believe me when a fine is announced, some posters will go missing for a few weeks
Pete I admire your positivity but don't start spouting off about posters causing unease amongst our fans. That has been done by gianni paladini and you know that. His incompetence has put us in the dock and people are worried. Nobody knows what the outcome will be, it's purely guesswork using a few facts and common sense. Once it's over and done with and we are officially promoted on may 7th I will truly feel the elation that is missing now

THERE ONLY PEOPLE THAT CAN TAKE POINTS OFF US IS THE LEAGUE AND THE FA. IT NOT A FA HEARING IT A BLOODY INDEPENTDENT HEARING THEY CAN ONLY RECOMEND WHAT TO DO. IF WE WHERE TO HAVE POINTS TAKING AWAY WE APPEAL THEN GO TO COURTS WE COULD BE HALF WAY THOUGH NEXT SEASON BEFORE IT ENDS. UNTIL IT ENDS POINTS STAY WITH US AND WE GOT MONEY THAT THE FA HAS NOT. SO IF THE FA DID WIN IN THE END JUST MEANS SHORT TERM IN THE PREM IN THIS SO CALL 30 POINTS WAS RIGHT. Stop shouting now there no way even 100 points taking away it would not affect the playoff as we have the RIGHT to appeal and only then it can be taking away. The appeal takes up 21 days from what the FA say they doing not the idependent hearing.

what makes me laugh is the whole thing was happening in 2009. so why are we being "deducted" points the year after?

fact is if we are guilty, it happened in faurlins first season(2009). so say if we got fined and pts deduction back in 2009/2010 then faurlin would have been eligible all throughout this season regardless.. hence why it wont be a points deduction, it will throw the entire integrity of the league into mayhem.

we will get a fine and thats it. cardiff and norwich will kick up a stink and nothing will come of it.

I trust Neil Warnock after what he has done for this football club, more than a Cardiff City fan who is bitter with his teams dreams of promotion in ruins for yet another season

I think everything will come down to the word "Deliberately". The independent panel will be looking at things on the basis QPR deliberately submitted incorrect details / information and QPR will be saying that they did not submitted incorrect details / information, deliberately.

I don't really think its a case of trusting Warnock or anyone else. No one knows, least of all that numpty from Cardiff City. Both sides are spinning a line. The FA Panel of QCs etc prob don't live and breathe all this like we do and probably haven't even seriously thought about it yet so everything on both sides is pure, idle speculation.

The harsh truth is that the league and the FA were not the only ones who could have taken points off us - you (Cardiff) had the chance to do that twice this season and managed to take a whole one point from us with your Premier League Loans are us strike force - One point.........so yet again you blew it/bottled it..................and because of that fact you now want someone else to do it for you because you know that when the going gets tough the sheep just lay down and graze .

The nearest and most relevant precedent for this - relating to the agent and documentation side I can find (and to be fair - the rule regarding 3rd party ownership wasn't dreamt up then) - would seem to be that of Boston United in 2002. £50k fine and 4pt deduction for the following season for a far more serious and deliberate (admitted) attempt to pass off fraudulent paperwork. This is important and relevant as it was dealt with by an independent panel making recommendations to the FA and denying Boston promotion to the Football League from the Conference would have caused chaos and ensuing litigation to all promotion/relegation and play off matches all the way down the pyramid.

Comparisons with Tevez, Swindon 89, Luton 05 are way, way wide of the mark and bear no relevance to Faurlin's case.

I've been told so many different things from senior people within the FA, the Premier League and legal people that I've come to the conclusion that actually, no-one knows and everyone is trying to second guess based on past cases that have no relevance.

I'm not bothering with it any more save for biting my nails next Friday.

I'm not sure what will happen and appprehensive about what the F.A. will do.as they are so unpredictable, all these oppossing supporters are cluthching at straws they know the games up for them and the best way up is by creating hysteria so the F.A do something about it, If the F.A do decuct points the Rs have leave to appeal which would put the whole play offs into chaos, not only that but I'm sure Rs would take F.A. to court which they can't afford

If we were in the Taff's position would we want to win automatic promotion by fair means or foul.Would we always want to be known as the team that are only there through default.Or,would we grab it with both hands and say thank you.

Right I know Swindon is completley different but they won the playoffs and it was taken away from them. If found guilty then promotion could be taken away from us.

I don't know how everyone is luaghing this off. Wait untill the 6th of May to see if we can laugh this off please.
