  • FAO - Walkonby,Pete,Whoever- re points deduction

    Sorry about this....

I understand that this has been done to death but can you clarify something for me. I know that you believe that there wil be no points deduction and it will be a fine, but is this belief based on...

    1. Some information given to you that no points will be deducted i.e. absolute assurances.
    2. An understanding of the charges and the possible consequences that leads you to this conclusion
    3. A hunch
    4. Blind optimism

I'd go for 2 ,but nobody knows for certain, talked to about 50 fans on Monday night and all were pretty confident we would not be docked

Media would love a points deduction as it will sell papers but won't happen

All I can relay is that Neil Warnock is confident of no points deduction after speaking to an independent barrister.

                        Thats good enough for me.

No point worrying about it or letting it disrupt our celebrations.

So that's 2 Pete, which is fine but up to now you have been sounding more like 1

Pointless asking this question - they will only be able to relay to you what the waiter wants the public to know. Why would you have any credence to what one of the chief accused parties says about the matter?
Also the club are bound to push out a positive slant.

My gut feeling is we are cattle trucked.
People seem to think the FA have timed the hearing delibraty so any punishment can be contrived; also that a fine is likely outcome due to appeals mucking up play offs etc. Garbage.
Could it not be the FA have us bang to rights, any appeal frivolous and able to be heard double quick and left as late in the season so to ensure it's a fait du complete?

My gut feel is moulded due to the hand of the waiter being involved and recent performances since date announced.

I pray I am wrong and that only one charge holds water and thAt individual is chased out of football for a very long time with no further damage to MY club.

I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.
