Outstanding post Peter and one that I agree with.

It's not just about money for me I'm lucky I can afford to re new I defended the club last season as I honestly thought we would go out and invest heavily in the clubs playing staff which lets be honest did not happen.

I'm not renewing on sheer principal at the moment what they are doing to the fan base is nothing short of a total disgrace I really hope no one renews at these stupid prices given the current economical climate.

I follow the team to most away games have done for years so I will have no problems getting my Rangers fix on the road.

Is it just me or has the fun gone out of QPR and top level FB?I dont really care for big screens ,boutique FB and all that other crap. All i want is a roof over my head ,a decent veiw,22 commited fbs playing their hearts out.The fbs doesnt even have to be fancy.Ive been a few lower lg games,ie Sthend,Col U,Orient and even some non Lg Csford,B Stort,Braintree. The players arnt the most gifted, the grounds arnt up to much, but the fans are as fanatical if not more than say some at the big clubs are.The players give there all ,no one gets ripped off and its yes well "fun".I must be getting old,i even now prefer watching kids fb.Again loads of a holes envolved but they play and support with passion.
I long for the fun of the 80s and 90s,i dont mean fv i just mean fun.

Going to a QPR game at the moment is a chore. In the past, even when we were skint, I could not wait for match day to come so I can get to W12, but this season has sucked the enthusiasm out of going for me.

I renewed last saturday,I'm not happy either but I wanted to get it out of the way before I go on holiday tomorrow.I'm also hoping to move from restricted view in upper loft(still £599) to a better seat, ultimately at the exspense of someone who doesn't renew by april 17th.

I bought my first ever season ticket this year. I bought it as i was swallowed in by the hype presented to us by the board. I genuinely thought that on and off the pitch would improve and that if i didnt have a season ticket i wouldn't be able to get a ticket for the play-offs.

Turns out that virtually zero was spent on the pitch. We fired our manager for refusing to pick flavios signings - signings who incidently have all now been released by the club!

Off the pitch the big screen (paid for by chronotech and not the club i understand) has been amazing; however, in general no facilities have improved what so ever for the majority of paying fans.

So, yes, i got suckered in. I won't do again. If i won the lottery tomorrow i wouldn't renew - i'd just go to every away game.

The board have treated us with contempt. The only one who seems not to offended us, randomly, is bernie! Flavio has said from day one he doesnt give a monkeys about the paying fans and amit has turned out to be spin master extraordinare! Just look as his replys to fans letters? One suggesting a man just moves from his seats to a cheaper area, and another talking out of his backside about vat and what other clubs are offering.

Sorry "new regime" but, you actually havent given us anything "value for money" and you're treating us like *****s.
spot on scottjones - i feel the same after 57 years of support !!

WHAT DO THE BOARD NOT GET....

700 at current prices - upset & unhappy supporters - ****e merchandise sales as people will be reluctant to give the greedy ****s more money - the risk protests & bad publicity

                    OR

Reduce prices by say 12.5% (VAT and 10% off renewals) - increased feel good factor - happy supporters - bigger crowds & more vocal support - more merchandise sales etc etc!

It really is that simple FFS!!!

Im really suprised that some of you have decided to renew your season tickets. I think thats a real shame because I think we need to stand together on this one. I also have the money for a season ticket but it is the less fortunate people that don't earn much or are out of work that need to be backed. I have seen season tickets from Watford who are another london club and they are very fair and alot cheaper than ours. Its still Championship football so I can't defend the price hikes. I for 1 won't renew and I will sleep much easier because of it. If we all decide to hold off then the board will have no other choice but to at least give some sort of discount. I am slightly dissapointed with the few of you that have renewed but life is about choices and you have decided to pay the over inflated prices that are on offer. I just hope the standard of football improves as I see it as damn right robbery. My last games was in the pouring rain against Norwich. I know they have picked up and as they are paid for I will watch the remaining games but I just lost the buzz of supporting the Rangers and as these prices I think thats very sad.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Renewed as well. Not risking any price increase. Lets face it; there not gonna change it now.

What haapens when we dont renew the price just goes up, next season you pay probable 20% more as you are a lapsed S-T holder and get no benefits at all, I might renew on the 17th maybe I will maybe I wont
