Someone said there was some artical about Crouch signing but I can't find it.
Makes sense, ex-QPR, London based, Warnock type player, not many goals for Tottenham. Would be greatUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

WELL
WELL WARNOCK PLAYS A VERY STRANGE GAME OF FOOTBALL
he proved that when he kicked clinton morrison out of palace on a free transfer
he just loves these tall robust type center forwards and crouch is battle proven in the prem,i thought yesterday he could have brought hulse on the last twenty mins

Would be immense as long as it doesn't mean we would go long to quickly. We showed last night that the long game isn't right for the team we have. I would hate to see it at all. I woule love him if we played with flair and width....which we know we can do.
I personally think he is too big or QPR, lots of sides would snap him up and wages would create issues.

Crouch still has 2 years left on his current deal at £70k a week and is a regular first team player at a club challenging for CL spots. Assuming we could afford the £10m transfer fee, signing on fee and wages, why would he come?
Let's be reasonably sensible here!!
I'd think Drogba would be a great signing personally.
