Someone said there was some artical about Crouch signing but I can't find it.

Makes sense, ex-QPR, London based, Warnock type player, not many goals for Tottenham. Would be great
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Don't fancy him back. Being tall means back to hoofball.

Would be immense as long as it doesn't mean we would go long to quickly. We showed last night that the long game isn't right for the team we have. I would hate to see it at all. I woule love him if we played with flair and width....which we know we can do.

I personally think he is too big or QPR, lots of sides would snap him up and wages would create issues.

Think Crouch is a better player than people give him credit for not sure about him coming back. didnt he make a donation to save the Rs fund when we were skint and struggling for cash some time back when he left.

Crouch still has 2 years left on his current deal at £70k a week and is a regular first team player at a club challenging for CL spots. Assuming we could afford the £10m transfer fee, signing on fee and wages, why would he come?

                  Let's be reasonably sensible here!!

I'd think Drogba would be a great signing personally.

I think you might find Nodge was being a little sarcastic...

Nodge is spot on but I also get the feeling Crouch is the kind of fella who'd be up for dropping down to £40k a week to 'come home'

The CL side of things makes it very very slim though.

Crouch is a Chelsea fan, this rumour that he is a QPR fan is rubbish.
