  • Another point towards the finishing line.......

Don't get me wrong, tonight was so frustrating. Derby had a plan for us and it worked. Everyone looked very nervous this evening. But we need to be positive. It's another point towards the finishing line. We're not sprinting towards it, we are crawling there, but ultimately getting there!

I would be very gutted now if we don't do enough to win the league, but hey we've got 4 massive games against some good sides and this is when we normally play well. Cardiff need the win more than us. A draw is ok for us. Cardiff have 3 other teams breathing down their necks. We have sold out our allocation. We have 1800 fans crossing the Severn bridge who will sing proud for the Rangers. None of this scarf crap. It will be 90 mins of pure singing for the Rangers.

Granted Ipswich can do us a favour on Thursday, but forget them. Let's do our job so we can make next Monday against Dull a day to remember.

Dunno if Derby had that much of a plan, they were lucky we were lacking up front. First half we had so many chances, narrowly missed a couple. We played them off the pitch. Shame the team went so impotent in the second.

Remember what they say about big away crowds. We were crap at Derby and crap at Preston. I'd take the same sort of result though....

Like you say Cardiff need the points more then us. We only need to draw but believe they will attack us for the 3 points and leave themselves open at the back.
If Ipswich and Leeds do the business then we will be even more relaxed and prob get the 3 points at Cardiff.
