  • Tactics all wrong today

Don't get me wrong, I love what Neil Warnock's done for this club, and I dare say that without him we wouldn't be top of the league.

Having said that, tonight in the second half he got it wrong.

Putting on Agyemang instead of Akos Buzsacky was a poor decision. Agyemang couldn't control his own shadow - let alone the ball - and by then removing Routledge we lost any sort of creative offering.

Hulse when he came on WAS excellent, winning two or three headers, but having nothing creative in the centre - and making Taarabt stay out wide instead of moving to the centre where at least he could play the odd 1-2 in the second half really hurt us.

Don't get me wrong - another clean sheet and going 8 points clear's not a terrible loss - but we was out-thought by Nigel Clough tonight. Let's hope for better against Cardiff.

How does one go about controlling ones own shadow?

Hulse excellent? Really? All his headers went to yellow shirts.

    No Savage=home win, fact.

Alex were u really surprised that neil decided not 2 bring on buzz? I have been saying 4 months that there is a massive fall out between the 2. If u have a serious issue with the guy why bother putting him on the bench, but something has definitely happened, shame as it is a waist of talent
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Disagree about Hulse. A very poor striker in my view - and didn't really offer much when he came on.

Tactics, players positions and subs were very poor tonight.

Subs were poor, Agyemang should not be near the first team. Also if you're gonna have Hulse, Miller and Agyemang up front you need someone who can cross a ball so you shouldn't take Routledge off.

The whole team looked very tired tonight , even Routy was of the pace. There was not a lot we could have done with a team hell bent on stopping us playing football and parking the bus. Derby prob the most boring team iv seen this term even with Lily and his silly grin.

started kicking it long a bit early. Hulse excellent??? Sorry, I didn,t see that. Last 20 minutes it was very clear we would not score.
I think it was a nervous performance rather than a bad one.

I knew we wouldn't win when Hulse came on. We need some better firepower on the bench. Subs had to be made at some point but Warnock swapped most of our creativity for three underachieving players. Pat's been below par for ages, Miller's kind of alright and Hulse just hasn't hit any form.

First half we looked like a Championship winning squad, second half was same old Rangers.

Thought tonight was a must win game. Can't complain about the point but Cardiff on Saturday is gonna be tense.

Agyemang instead of Taarabt wasn´t the best of switches. If we were leading and the other team is going forward - then it´s "Aggytime", not when we´re trying to win and the other team is sitting deep. I wouldn´t have subbed Adel - yes he had a stinker but he has showed us before that he can produce one moment of magic and that would have been enough. In yesterdays type of games we need our creative players on the pitch, and in that I´m including Routledge. Shouldn´t have subbed him. Helguson didn´t have the best of games yesterday, and I wouldn`t have substituted him for Ishmael Miller for the last twenty minutes. The same goes for Buz instead of Derry/Faurlin.

Derby love Hulse. Think it was a gamble by Warnock that could easily have been an inspirational decision if he had scored against his old club.

We had run out of ideas after 60 minutes, so whoever came on it would still have finished 0-0
