Thank god we've got Neil in charge at L/Rd, an inspirational figure.Have watched Avram grant & Dave Jones on T.V. giving interviews, I dont think they could inspire a kids team to win anything they are so dire WHU have no chance of survival with him in charge, as for Jones looks like he's had a personality by pass. We should count our blessing for having someone like Warnock at the helm, if I was a player I know who I would want in my dressing room.

You need a larger than life character to deal with our board and get their own way!
Right now is a BIG test of his man-management -- Derby should be a shoe-in, but we've all seen teams getting pre-promotion jitters -- Uncle Neil will need all his calming and motivational skills to make sure we get the win which would have been a cert earlier in the season.
Beat Derby and I think we'll be uncatchable, albeit not mathematically.
