I'm not going to get into the overpaid teachers argument. I work a 10 hour day (8am-6pm) then 3 or 4 more hours most evenings and all day Sunday.
People only see the hours we spend with the children -- that is the minority of the modern teaching day.
Hour for hour, I work as many as most people in this country, probably more than some.
If you think teaching is so easy, I'll happily get you CRB checked to shadow me for a week (including the weekend, when I work an average of 10 hours) -- then tell me I have an easy job.
People who know me will even have seen me taking my marking on the coach to away games on occasions.

You'll argue against that because, despite not knowing what my job is REALLY like, you clearly know all about it.
No time for people who knock teachers, I'm afraid.

Getting back to the point of this thread, I would have thought the telelvised games would be the ones involving either end of the table -- which must include Leeds (probably)?
So, if the cameras are there, it will be for them rather than us.

Some of us work in the wk and I doubt many will have to make it in on a sunday. I won't be in a state to go into work so for that reason has to be leeds for me. Oh and I am going to both games but just seems right that its the last game of the season.
Didn't you go last night weare!!!
