Ruben Rochina quit Barca B for Blackburn in January so so there's no reason why Noliti wouldn't join us.

He's a classy young striker, typical Barca youngster, already represented the first team and worth a punt at £2m

I don't see why this is a stupid target to be honest, he's not a first teamer at Barcelona and look what Warnock has done for Adels game .. not hard to sell the club with a bit of hope mixed into it
