    Its not going to get any easier at a higher level either.

    Club needs to get a Sports Psychologist involved if there are issues here, footballers are assets and the business needs to protect their investment.

      Have to agree with Ric although I think NW will know which players need a kick and which don't. Hill was very quick to condem his own performance Saturday, so NW didn't need to say anymore really.
      As for Kenny all keepers make mistakes and they usually lead to a goal against when they do, to criticise Kenny would be very very silly, as he has saved us at least 10 points this season.
      Connolly I enjoy watching and I think will grow into a better player in the Prem, being dropped is all part of a learning curve and its how he responds that will determine how good he can be.
      In life we all get slapped down occassionally and you have to get up again, brush yourself down and get going again.
