Leeds are 15 point behind us -- one win and they can't catch us.
Reading are 12 points behind us -- 2 wins and they can't either.

Hurrah!!! The R's are going up!!
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

The 'mathemactical guarantee' is the frustrating bit, if you look at us keeping to our average of 2 x points per game and so do the 3rd place club then we'll end the season on 91 x points; which theoretically means if we win tommorrow we will be on 82 points against the 3rd place club finishing the season on 81 x points (based on ave = 2pts).

So I declare: in the event of a win tommorrow - "WE ARE UP !!!!!!!!!!"

I'd agree that one win will probably be enough, but prefer the mathematical model!!!

          Tuesday (all prediction)

          Watford v Norwich = 1 = 71
          Swans v Hull = 3 = 72
          Sheff C v Cardiff = 3 = 72

5 Games to go available points 15
          Friday
          Norwich v Forest = NC win = 74
          Saturday
          Burnley v Swansea = 1 = 73
          Cardiff v Pompy = CC win = 75
          Monday
          QPR v Derby = 3 = 85

4 games to go available points 12
If the above results was true, we will be promoted as the Swans cant catch up.

Unless I am wrong both Norwich and Cardiff can so we would not be promoted Cardiff can get 87 Norwich 86 if your right on the results.

Yes you are right, meant to put Norwich v Forest as a draw then we would have been promoted. I was just showing that 2 wins is a possible but not a probable.
