A 4-1 reverse to the bottom side is not acceptable. We should have been looking for a good 5 or 6 goal win and instead we are looking over our shoulders. Norwich last week showed what you do against the bottom clubs. We needed to mark one good player Garner as he's all they got and he scored twice pathetic.

Warnocks team selection as well baffled me why drop Gorkss,Taarabt and Helguson for the aptly named Shittu lamp post Hulse (yes I know he scored ONCE) and run into trouble Ephraim. Very poor from the manager. Neils teams have a track record of bottling automatic promotion looks like its on the cards again.

    Very dissapointed.

I don't think any of us are questioning the fact that we have lost -- most of us are used to losing A LOT more games than 5 in a season!!
Some of us are old enough to remember our first foray into the top flight in 68-69 when we only WON 4 games, ffs! (Yes, that includes geriatric me!!)
I think it was more the manner of the deterioration, compared to the total dominance we showed over Sheffield United only 5 days earlier.
I wouldn't have been surprised at Scunny battling out a draw, or even a narrow, hard-fought win, but the margin was unbelievable -- and you just have to wonder if there was an unseen factor unsettling the players, that's all.

Nothing to do with not being able to cope with a defeat, just a bit of after-thought before we move on!!
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

If bottling is one promotion away from his 7th and equalling the all time record for managers winning promotion from the Championship then it's a mini bar miniature!

[scunny are fighting for their lives and have a new manager in charge.[/QUOTE]

This always irritates me they are bottom of the league because they are the worst team in the league simple. They are crap their manager got sacked from Rotherham. They had one good player who we had to mark in Garner and we let him run riot.

              could be on their minds,ok
              so why affect them now
we were 1-0 missed a chance from wayne to go 2-0 up and game over/
would the team then panic over hearing?
no...scunny needed a win, new manager thing and they took chances we didn't.

Don't care Scarlet couldn't care less about Newcastle or anyone else my problem is they are an awful side who are bottom of this awful league. We should have beaten them end of. Major problems in the games ahead I think.

The date of joining the board and the expectation of winning every game...

                              Hmmm.

Pretty sure we are still 9 points clear and the players would have been given a little reminder by warnock in the form of a hairdryer
