  • Warnock's assessment of today

QPR boss Neil Warnock: "It was one of those days that sometimes happens in football. It was a game that we could and should have won. We were much the better team for the first half.

"We had the chances but we failed to take them. We have got the best defensive record in the Championship this season and one of the best I think in the whole of the Football League.

"But we didn't look like that today. I have no complaints about the result, we got what we deserved. But we've got to look ahead, we've got another game coming up on Tuesday [at Barnsley] and I already know the team that I'll be picking for that."

''I know the team I'll pick for that one''

          Hope its better than todays!!
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

          2015/2016, average at best.....

          2016/2017, same old, same old....

          2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!

Fair play to Clint Hill for publicly apologising on Twitter for today's performance.

Where was helguson? Hulse, even though he scored, shouldn't ever make the bench again.

Hulse is another HH. We bought him with a major injury and he's never had a run in the side. He has not made himself an automatic choice this season and I know from reading this board that many fans would prefer a rotting corpse to Hulse. He will recover and redeem himself.

Luckily the majority his detractors have learning difficulties and sniff their own pants, so it's a temporary lynching.

Typical Neil, no clues for Barnsley.

He could mean he'll keep the same side to give them a chance to redeem themselves.

He could replace those that messed up - so Cerny & Chimbonda may start for Paddy & Orr ? Gorkks may start.

Or it could mean the return of some players not deemed fit today. Adel & HH.
but that's probably least likely, otherwise he'd have said he'll have more to chose from.

                            Who knows ? Only NW.
