Some are rewarded for buying a ST,some for travelling round the country to support the team.

like i said before on another thread as its an away game loyalty points you get for a season ticket shouldn't count it should be the points you have built up from going away. i see people on here who have got a season ticket but only been to 1 or 2 away games which were in london anyway and are going to get a ticket just because its going to be a big game. imo that unfairThis isnt just goodbye, this is i cant stand you!

Your system would only count if you run it as an away loyalty programme which does not include home games, actually quite a good idea.Last edited by Romford Hoop; 06-04-2011, 10:10 PM.

For these 'big' games why doesn't the club run a ballot? Everyone who wants to go enters and the computer picks at random, then theres no argument.
All this talk of people travelling to 12 away games this season to get the points ain't real. Most of our travelling fans have been doing it for years, usual suspects and all that. Okay away attendances have improved during the season, but out of say an average away support of 1000 I would suspect 800 go to every game and have been for many years.
Don't see the sudden attraction for the Watford game when promotion will already be won. At the end of the day if you really want to see the game buy a ticket in the home end, same goes for Cardiff.
People need to get a life - sometimes in life you win , sometimes you don't. Get on with it and stop moaning.22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

Soton, dont agree with ballot but totally agree with your comment regarding our loyal away supporters.Yes,the hard core have been travelling for years and it baffles me why people are making such an issue over the cardiff and watford tkts,i saw many available seats at Sheff Utd,Swansea,Bristol City,Forest,Leeds,Coventry,Blackburn,Hull,Boro...W here were all these people who moan about loyalty points at those games !!!!

Halve that to a hardcore support to say 500 and i agree these people should be rewarded for away tickets, hence the idea of an away ticket loyalty scheme rolled over year on year.As i have pointed out Spurs have done this system for years. Over the last few years we have taken less than 500 to a fair few games, rarely many more than 1000,this year being the exception.Last edited by Romford Hoop; 06-04-2011, 11:32 PM.

Anyway you'll never get a system that pleases everyone. Personally I think loyalty points should be carried over season to season but not awarded for ST renewal. Points should be awarded for each game you attend both home and away.
I travel to approx 8/10 away games per season and most home games, prob spend more on QPR than the average ST holder yet don't get the 70 ST points as I can't get to all midweek games so ST not value to me. I don't moan just accept things as they are. If I wanted to go to every game I would buy both a home and away ST. Can't understand why people moan about not getting tickets. I have managed to get tickets for every game I have wanted to see including Hull, Derby and Leeds yet I am not a ST holder. If Watford and Cardiff tickets are sold out by the time I can apply I'll buy in the home end. Simple.22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game.
