Can we appeal and if so how long does the process take

Ok seems really stupid of the FA to wait till the last day of the season especially if we are allowed to appeal surely its going to make a mess of the play off process.

So
Q1: Can we appeal
Q2: what does that actually mean in terms of the process there after
Q3: when does the FA have to announce the new premiere legue season teams

The FA have an appeals process which is outlined in there FA Handbook.

The play offs and the winner of the Play Offs would have been decided by then.

I say again the FA is only a governing body and not the law of the land. it can even go to the high courts if we have been unfairly untreated.

Independent tribunal will listen to evidence from the club and the FA. We don't know yet in whose favour they will decide, lets suppose its the FA, then you can expect them dish out a big fine.

One thing I am not sure on is even whether an independent panel have jurisdication to even give a points deduction !!

The FA will put forward what they want out of the case, the club will deny any wrong-doing.

Independent Hearing simply means they will decide the merit of both parties, then reach a conclusion.

Guessing (don't quote me), that they will try to appease both parties unless they see any damning evidence provided to them by the FA

Pete its nice that you are trying to put people's minds at rest but you still said 6 of the 7 charges had been dropped and that just isn't the case.

I also think you talk to GP and he is giving you good vibes saying it will definately be No points. You have to be getting it from someone because otherwise you wouldn't be so confident.

I am genuinely relaying what will happen, I've not mentioned a word about anyone and certainly not defended anyone.

Already said, it has put a dampner on the season and something that we as fans don't deserve.

Saying that, I am going to enjoy the best season we've had for a very long time

Getting sick of these threads,why do so many assume the worst,I have been accused of being negative on this board but yet I'm not the slightest bit worried about this,it will be a fine ,nothing more

Worst case scenario is we get docked points so putting us into 2nd, they award the trophy elsewhere, we appeal, win, we are champions again but the season is over and no game to parade it.
Now that would be **** and totally unfair to the fans and players who will have deserved and received recognition in the correct manner.
