The hearing will commence on Tuesday 3 May, with a decision due on Friday 6 May.

A fine it is then, we'd be Champions by this point

So definitely no trophy until the last game of the season.

Hope you're right but champions status can surely be removed following a deduction?

the decision is just ONE day before the last game of the season. Surely a points deduction is unthinkable at that stage.

So we are now going to have to go right to the end of the season not knowing.

Perhaps they're hoping we're far enough ahead by then for a deduction not to affect us? Then again if so why bother with a deduction? Suppose they could deduct to deny us the title but not promotion?

Puts paid to the nonsense that 'all but 1 charge have been dropped'..

Would expect a 10 point deduction personally, it's up to us to extend our lead over 2nd place to that if we want the trophy.

The worst that can happen is a 10 point deduction right...? were 9 points ahead of second place Norwich, lets keep winning and try and go 10 points clear of Norwich or whoever gets second place. Norwich have got Swansea this weekend, lets hppe for a swansea win, and hopefully we can beat scunthorpe and take advantage!!

Alternatively they could do what they've done to teams in administration and thats to take the points off the following season if the points deduction does affect you in the current season. I remember that happening to Saints.

4 days to make a decision after hearing ? They must think there's a lot to think about!

Any point deduction would have been sorted much earlier.

This not only effects our Premiership status, but if we demoted to say 3rd, then the 6th team could kick up a stink and other teams too

                            Its definitely a fine............................

I can understand the date, they can then present us with the trophy, all parties knowing exactly where they stand.

What are the odds of the FA waiting until 6 May because they want to see exactly how many points we are ahead of the chasing pack and then to really spice up the last day of the season by deducting that very number of points?
