  • Dad misses special season

After the best part of 58 years following the R's home and away, my father Steve Hughes lost his 2 year battle against Leukemia.

Watching us win tonight hurts me so much inside knowing the man that turned me in to a lifelong Rangers supporter isn't going to be with me to share such a great season.

I'm so proud of my Dad for sticking by the team through the last 15 years of hell, he deserves to witness what is the clubs greatest moment (certainly in my lifetime), I just can't imagine celebrating promotion without him by my side.

Yeah very sad news mate but he is the reason your rangers and he would want you to enjoy promotion with the rest of us.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
