I remember when football was run by the managers,not the players.Why should we bend over backwards to please his sulky ways?.Warnock should lay down the law and show players that they are employees of the club and should give 100% without conditions.

Thats why you ain't manager. Warno is a fantastic man manager, he even goes to Adel's home country to look after our prized asset.

Leave it with Adel. Those type of players need to feel special and loved. I wouldn't make derry skipper as personally not sure if he will start or last in the prem. Great season for him this year and been one of our best players, but up against gerrard, fabrigas, etc he will be out of his depth imo.

also, he is the best player at the club by a country mile, he can sulk like wayne rooney for all I care, and he will not be out of his depth, he's gonna make some old, slow centrebacks, look very silly. Also, if he is captain we could hold on to him till the end of the season, because I'll bet you 1000 pound, barring injury, a half dozen clubs will want adel in the transfer/winter/window. Guaranteed.
