can you remember the best game you ever played i remember playing once for the cubs,it was so wonderfull i was really a creative player who used to go down the wing, and send crosses over after having beaten the full back, but this day i was asked to wear the number nine, wow wow wow,the whole game i was on fire i hit six goals the one and only double hatrick off my life, but the cub pack leader didnt like me much so i only played 4 games but i got hatricks in the next two games then in the final game i got a single goal so then i left the cubs but i kept my dreams...........................so thank you cubs for giving me such wonderfull memories, and these memories i have kept for my whole life

Mine was a couple of weeks back practically emulated adels second goal against swansea plus scored from a free kick from around 40 yards (the wind did help it was meant to be a cross) motm performance but got a bottle of sparkling water as I'm 17 and can't accept champagne
i supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front

Once scored twice in a Junior game against another school. One from the half-way line. Not down to any Beckham-esque skill more that their goalie was like a Rene Higuita rush-goalie type and lost possession in our half, so I wellied it and it bounced three times before limping over the line.

When i was 17 i was already playing senior football and i remember a cup game where i started as sub and came on with about 15mins to go. It wasn't a nice day and the pitch was pretty muddy, it went to extra time where i scored a hattrick. First was a brilliant left foot curler from outside the box, first time shot at the ball was basically behind me. I don't think I could do that many times again. Second was a sliding tap in, nearly smashed myself on the post and third was a penalty that the team let me have as I was on a hattrick!

Playing for Hounslow FC res v Slough Town res in a Surburban League game as a callow 17 year old left back (what is it with everyone having their best game at 17 on here!). Had their right winger in my pocket all game - a much experienced guy -I scored twice - first one was a surging run from the back - nice one two with Trev on the edge of the area and ran through to slip it under the keeper. Second one was a free kick on the edge of the area bent in the top corner. Fricking awesome. Gerry Francis' brother Martin was watching that game too. He was still involved in the Hounslow first team at the time.

That was as good as it ever got!

scored a great header from in/around the pen spot. teamate crossed it with buddles of pace and i rose up sir les style and powered a screamer in-i mean it flew in. did'nt score many as i was a centre half....was better known for some tough tackling and getting sent off 4-5 times a season. blame my pub landlord for finishing my career.

Scored for my school at around 15 when watched by the London district.

Was told I could find the back of net like Jimmy Greaves.

About as good as it got for me..

Still got it, but the weight has piled on and therefore makes me slower in the air and on the ground

haha. van missed a sitter in the same game.....ball practically stopped on the goal line and i came thundering in and went to pull the plug...i ended up kicking the ground, stumbled over the ball without making contact and got tangled in the net. even the ol'fella who was on the line with his dog was roaring laughing.....took me about 5 mins to get meself untangled. nobody mentioned the great goal in the pub after-i got slaughtered for that miss for weeks.

I was never a great player although i could run all day and loved playing the flash charlie big b ollx sides. Loved being the underdog.
Remember a mate of mine who had been a semi-pro before choosing beer over football, we were playing an Middx midweek cup quarter final against the reigning champs. My mate chested the ball, did 2 or 3 keepy ups knocked it over the centre halfs head and poked the ball home, we all p issed our self laughing as the other team were shouting 'he's got to be a ringer'.
Best goal i ever saw at amateur level.

                          my football

my football career is probabley most like many of you on here i was good as a 15 year old but discovred pubs women and beer.so when i tried to resurrect my cvareer aged 22 i couldnt beleive how crap i had begun, but at 24 years i was playing some incredible football, and ill allways remember a game that i only scored once in but i played the game of my life,we were bottom of the league and we were playing the runner way leaders,so although we lost 1-4 i honestly was just out of this world it just seemed as though my greatest gift which was my ability to beat players, was never to better than that hot summers day,and often i have dreams about that game,AT THE END OF THE GAME THE REF RAN OVER TO SHAKE MY HAND AND SAID BLIMEY YOUVE PLAYED IN BETTER LEAGUES THAN THIS I KNOW,and all there players all wanted to shake my hand,YOU COULD SAY I NEVER SCORED MANY GOALS YOU COULD SAY I WAS A CRAP PLAYER BUT WHEN I HIT FORM i was trully amazing

I actually once played for the same club as Ronny Johnsen.
                            Not Manure though!!

My best goal was from midfield and with the back against the net. In a prep.game I scored 7 goals.
As the year went by I ended up a bit like Rob Hulse!:pleasantsuprise:God bless him though.

                              shania

shania when i was at school in england, girls just didnt play soccer so i never played against a female untill i was 30 years of age by now i was a combatative midfield player and i used to train with some really well educated gentle type of blokes and i often felt guilty as i used to have this way of on the blind side of the ref of grabbing at peoples stomachs or hips and pulling them violently to the ground,i used to make it look like they had fallen over
so when i turned up one day and saw a 9 and a half stone 24 year old female i thought oh my god how am i going to play against her with out really upsetting her ,i thought she would moan like hell if i collided with her,i at this time was 5 ft 7 inches tall and weighed 14 stone, but i was amazed when i played against her she was so fast knowbody got near her she used to run all over the midfield and she never held onto the ball she just used to hit it first time all the time and her passes were inch perfect, but respect to you sha nia if you have played the beautifull game and in my dreams i can still see me hitting 30 yard passes or the very occaisional goal
