23rd September 1986 League (Littlewoods) Cup - Blackburn Rovers 2-1 John Byrne & Alan Brazil.

And I still think 'tap in' is an exageration. That would imply he meant it. I'm sure it just hit him (painfully low) and went in. From a corner at the Loft end.

But as you say Nodge, a long time ago.

Gus Ceaser from Arsenal, saw him and Brian Law play (well try) in the centre half postions V wimbledon away in the early 90's at the old plough lane, it snowed, laws got sent off (thankfully) and Ceaser never played for us again...oh and we lost 3-0.

Tap in from 6 yards I recall ! Though this was 26 years ago! Definitely against Blackburn in the Littlewoods Cup

I think it went in off his backside.
Dominic Iorfa - sheer quality (for comical reasons only)
