Hello, name is phil, been on here before but forgot my password (doh!) so joined again...anyway originally from paddington born and bread, but got married and moved sarf of the water (sorry!!) now live in carshalton surrey, been supporting the R's since 1973 , first game was Vs Sheff Wed in the league cup in the 2nd round (1973) and what a game the R's won 8-2, been a bit of a rollercoaster ride since, but once again the ride is going on the up again thankfully, anyway look foward to future natter on here and having a laugh with fellow QPR supporters!!...U'Rsssssssssssssss!!

Small world geejaybee. i lived in Denham for many years and St Marys is where my dear old Mum is buried

Hi oldhoop.Yes its a small world isn't it. I still visit St Mary's at the end of each month to tend to their grave even though my dad died in 1973 and my mum in 1993.I find it a calming place to visit and to keep my dad up to speed about the R's.After all it was him who introduced me to the R's in 1951.
I've also heard from loneranger who knows all about my connection with Shardeloes.This has made my day.Well done Pete for starting the thread.
