Happy to go along with the argument, that a CCC manager should buy his own players. Bearing in mind the current shortlist, how have they done when it comes to buying players?

So you would trust these with the players budget?

curbishly and jewell bought very well for wigan and charlton
but not so much with west ham and derby - apart from kris commons
but the other three have made any outstanding buys that come to mind

if you cant trust them with the budget dont give them the job, simples
