  • who has been proved wrong about Adel?

Ill hold my hands up before the last 7 days I thought he was a bit of an arrogant crybaby toss pot who just saw QPR as an easy escape to the top.

However now after him dropping out saturday despite being eager to play and the interviews both him and warnock gave after his award I feel completely different about him and I realise what sacrifices he has made to be at the club

Shows you cant judge a book by its cover
i supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front

Never in doubt about his ability -- just his maturity.
Always felt he was potentially world-class, and an asset to the team -- just needed to mature as a player and a person.
He's still not quite there (he's still only 21 ffs!) but he's much, much nearer than he was in August.
Nice that he clearly recognises and appreciates the Warnocks' influence in that respect (Warnocks, plural, as Mrs W is mentioned by him as well in his recent interview).
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

I don't think any fan can deny that we wouldnt be where we are in the league without him. Warnock has been a major influence on his form, maturity and all round play.

His biggest test will be maintaining his level of performance and more importantly his impact on games in the Prem.

Only thing I ever doubted was his ability to handle being singled out for attention by the opposition every week. Looking back he's displayed excellent mental/physical toughness 95% of the time. So, I'm very pleased to say my doubts were unfounded.
