In our system, the only player O'hara could replace is Faurlin. IMO Faurlin is better.

Ergo, we have two great players for that position.
It's the rotation system, developed by Sacchi and Jesus.

          Ugh, don't like squad rotation.
That's one of the reasons Faurlin opted to stay with us rather than join Inter's squad.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

yes, ma'am, what you don't like and what happens are exactly the same, the game is much faster, tackles are harder, boots are softer, injuries are bound to happen, look at us, we have 3 games in 9 days.. you have to rotate if you play every 3 days..

                  1. DON'T CALL ME MA'AM.
                  DON'T PATRONISE ME LIKE THAT.
                  2. We have had many weeks in the Championship where we've had 3 games in a week, or 5 games in 2 weeks, there are less games in the Prem and the REAL fixture clog-ups happen to the teams who are in the Champions League as well as going far in the domestic cup competitions -- we won't be in that position for a while.
                  3. Defenders in the Prem are more skilled and less clogging than the less skilled NPC players -- tackles will be hard, but they can be bluddy awful in the lower leagues.

You don't have to rotate -- most clubs that do are doing it because they have a lot of prima donna players who aren't prepared to start on the bench EVERY game. Much of this approach is down to ego-pandering.

                      I seriously doubt that the squad is packed full of prima donnas;
How could one possibly explain Agyemang?

It's like Kenny, okay, Derry, okay, Adel, okay
now who else we got left? Routledge! Woo Hoo!

                          You are unbelievably crass.
Thankfully most of the posters on here treat me with a damn sight more respect.

And as for your other two posts -- that's EXACTLY my point -- we won't squad rotate until/unless we get prima donnas with egos to massage.
And, if you think the current squad is the one we will have in August, well you're about half a dozen players out there.
(You also forgot Faurlin, Smith, Connolly, who the majority agree would be fine in the Prem -- but don't let those little details get in the way.)

look, if you want to go up, them's the breaks, crying about it 5 months beforehand
(oooohhh! we're gonna get killed!) is neither here nor there. You can choose to be optimistic or choose to be you. I think we'll be fine, I think we'll rotate, none of the starting XI in the League Cup or FA Cup, I think we'll be strong at home, because of the proximity of the fans, and we'll steal a few draws away, we know how to smash and grab, you don't have the best defence if you don't smash and grab a few times.

You 'hate' rotation? well that is your opinion.
IMO anyone who does not rotate is living in the 70's.
But let's leave that battle for another day.

I never said we wouldn't be fine -- just that we won't be in the Champions League -- a big difference.
We used our reserves/fringe players for the cups this season.
Not the same as regular squad rotation for league games.

Your whole tone is very offensive.
