It's what mates do for each other. I bet you and your 'proper' pals are a right bunch
read what i wrote for once eh (my reply to benny).
if your mates going anyway, then its just a favour, nothing else, a small favour....but getting them to go for you is a mug off and a downright liberty .
theres a little mob of you on here who think you are the bullocks and your shite dont stink, and everyone else is just a goat, and have no right to support or talk about rangers like your little internet firm here does
well it aint true, and you lot all ganging up on the internet will never change that.
real life and gangs on the net are worlds apart, try and remember that sometimes eh.

GTP you know what you meant. Anyone who is willing to help a mate out & queue to get them a ticket is a damn good mate in my book, you have a different way of thinking obviously.

As for Internet ganging up, get real we've been over this before on PM where you declined my invitation for tea & scones remember

Most on here no me, I'm not hard to find on match day & would more than enjoy making your acquaintance sometime. I don't need to hide behind a keyboard.

Invariably when I see someone buying 30 tickets, or 100+ as some poster spotted yesterday, they turn out to be for Touts.

Fair play if 1 bloke went to buy 30 tickets on behalf of his 14 other mates, but I'll wager a few of them end up being sold for a nice profit on the day and before.

Secondly, Messageboards (and this one is no exception) are full of posters who live abroad or have circumstances, financial, family, or other, which prohibit them from attending as regular as they would like.
Armchair supporters is a bit harsh, but likely the 1 game they would save or try especially hard to attend would be the last game of a possible promotion season.

              Fuse lit, and standing back.
spot on, I'm a ST holder tried to get spares for friends and failed, to hear all this crap about out of the woodwork and gloryhunters is laughable, they are staunch life long r's, one minute we moan about our gates now there's too many
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

I haven't been calling people glory hunters etc, I have been criticising the severe lack of common sense displayed by so many fans and the **** poor excuses they have come up with.

Sitting at home pressing the redial button for hours on end instead of travelling to the ground when you're within reasonable distance from it is bone idle laziness IMO. Off course there are more exceptional circumstances but its amazing how many will claim that is the case when the real truth is they had neither the common sense or ability to organise themsleves in good time.

In all off the this the most unfortunate fans are those who live overseas that want to make this game, but some donut from Uxbridge who can't sort himself out no sympathy for at all.
Obviously, and no doubt the reason you are held in such high esteem on here.

Unfortunate really as you often make some good points. Shame you lessen their impact with such needless hostility to others.
