I just got 3 online.
To all those hanging on there are still quite a few left so don't lose faith.
And don't.......go to "My ticket home" if you think nothing is happening. I was queuing at 7:30, I did this at 9am and it kicked me out and to the back of the queue. If the ground plan does not come up, go to "my account" and back to the ticket hub at the top.

Just don't navigate away from the site. Try and get back to the ticket hub via your account page and re-try from there it should work.
This is a common problem whenever I buy online tickets, not just today
