since 9am.. got to half way.. then it went back to 1/4
restarted my IE browser and it got to the end in 30mins.. was flashing and now doing **** all.. currently status bar is fully blue but nothing is happening

Those using online ticketing...
ive now got in twice using Internet explorer.. and ive never got in using chrome/firefox.
