Cannot see any logic in him leaving in the next year unless it is to one of the big (Champions League) clubs. Assuming we are promoted, the risks to Taarabt of an intermediate move would far outweigh any perceived improvement in status, standard of play or pay. And I cannot see the big clubs making a serious bid for him until he has proved himself in the Premiership.
So we should get another year out of him unless he absolutely rips the Premiership apart, which isn't going to happen.
What with the loan deal I reckon we've had him for two seasons already. I reckon we'll get next season out of him and then that'll be it. At that point having had a player of his talent at a club of our stature for 3 years will be pretty good going.
If he does ok in the prem I reckon next January's transfer window will prove a testing time for us though... espercially if one of the big teams are in panic mode.

I think he'll stay at least until January then if we're not doing too badly he may stay. If we're struggling I think he'll want out.
The big issue I think is HOW he goes. If we get a big offer and the board sell him against Warnock's wishes then I can see dodgy times ahead. If Adel goes with Warnock's consent and we get to use the money to replace him and maybe improve another area then I think we just have to say 'Thanks very much Adel, and Good luck'!
At the moment Adel is a big fish in a relatively small pool and he loves it, who can blame him. Lets just see how he does in the Premiership against some MUCH bigger fish.
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!
2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....
2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....
