Umbro backed by Nike Nodge yea? Never knew that. I guess since they lost Chelski to Adidas they haven't managed to get another club.

I'd prefer Adidas myself, mainly for sentimentel reasons. (Guinness)

Way to go. Hope we make a statement that these actions are not acceptable and therefore will not be playing with their logo at our shirts the rest of this season.

Break the contract, cost the club money, thus bringing further attention to the club.
Right now there is one thing and one thing only on my mind and it is to see our club in the Premiershipo once again.

Knowing our luck, we'd ditch Gulf-Air on humanitarian grounds... and end up with, "Mugabe Flakes - The Real Taste Of Africa".

Nike brought Umbro I believe a year or 2 ago.

Fulham got a great deal off Kappa and West Ham were forced by their financial circumstances to do a very cheap (but retained ALL profit on sales through their own channels only) with Macron.

If the Lotto deal is worth £7m per season in the Prem, that's the 6th highest deal in the PL and in the top 20 in Europe. Spurs current deal with Puma only worth £5m a season. Stunning deal if true.
My mistake I thought it was a potential £25 million deal.

Its a 5 year deal worth up to £20 million which is worth £1 million a year in the NPC. Therefore the deal must be worth at least £4-5 million a season in the Prem and dare I say we have Flavio to thank for this one.

We all want promotion and the championship and I take your point about more unwanted attention at this stage of the season.

I think Yousef has raised a point worth considering and we certainly can't be docked points for being sponsored by a company that comes from a murderous regime. That said, I am sure the club will handle it as best as they can.

The swastika is the Hindu symbol of everlasting peace. The Nazi's misappropriated it.

The Hindu symbol is the mirror image of the nazi one.
